1. Agreement
By creating an account or using HolyCRM.app, the church and each of its users agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts and roles
- Each user is responsible for keeping their password confidential.
- A church's administrators are responsible for who they invite and the roles they assign.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access another church's data, probing or breaching security, disrupting the service, or using it to store unlawful content.
4. Church data
The church owns the records it enters. We process that data to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. On termination, a church may request an export within a reasonable window before deletion.
5. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and factors outside our control may cause downtime.
6. Fees
Paid plans are billed as agreed with the church. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms. A church may stop using the service at any time.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
